A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Ag & Biological Engineering, Brian has been a process engineer in the pharmaceutical and food industries for 25 years and has designed and started sanitary processes for API, small molecules, blood fractionation, formulation, fill-finish, and fluid processing. His specialty is the integration of CIP and SIP into process and specialty stainless design for transfer panels, valve manifolds, skidded equipment, and spray devices.

Geoff Donnison is a senior operations and technical leader responsible for overseeing administrative functions, technical services, and project execution strategy across complex engineering and automation programs. In his role as Director of Administration and Technical Services, Geoff provides governance, structure, and leadership to ensure HBW Solutions delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes across global client engagements.

With a foundation in electrical engineering, industrial automation, and systems integration, Geoff brings a unique blend of executive oversight and technical fluency. He has extensive experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—spanning front‑end planning, detailed design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operational handover—while maintaining alignment with regulatory, quality, and business objectives.

Geoff is known for establishing scalable processes, automation standards, and delivery frameworks that balance technical rigor with operational efficiency. He works closely with clients, internal leadership, and external partners to manage risk, control costs, and ensure that technical solutions support long‑term reliability, maintainability, and compliance within regulated GMP environments.

In addition to his delivery responsibilities, Geoff plays a key role in organizational development, resource planning, and cross‑functional coordination. His leadership style emphasizes clarity, accountability, and collaboration, enabling teams to operate effectively across regions, cultures, and project scales. Through disciplined execution and strategic oversight, Geoff helps position HBW Solutions as a trusted partner for complex, mission‑critical engineering and automation initiatives.

Gregg leads the Automation and Robotics Engineering team and development. He focuses on engineering management and execution of capital projects with experience in industrial process control systems, safety management systems, and plant start-up. He brings extensive experience as owner’s representative and design leader in construction, installation and commissioning of automation, equipment and facilities across several industries. 

Combining engineering, leadership, and communication skills, Gregg excels at ensuring that large and small complex projects meet and exceed stakeholders' expectations. Gregg has broad industrial experience in chemicals, biologics and food manufacturing, electricity markets, generation, and transmission, upstream and downstream oil and gas.

Jennifer Houchins has her B.S. in Communications from the University of Southern Indiana and a M.S. in Public Administration from Webster University. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in marketing and business development. 

Jennifer oversees HBW operations and sales coordination for all projects.

Jennifer manages the engineering teams and supports engineering leadership. She is the responsible for improving workflows, processes, and productivity, resource planning, and staffing. 

She works with staff to ensure engineering projects meet deadlines and quality standards, as well as negotiates with clients on projects and proposals. 

Jennifer is based out of Petersburg Indiana where HBW Solutions partners with the Pike County Economic Development Corporation and local High School, Pike Central.
