His specialty is the integration of CIP and SIP into process and specialty stainless design for transfer panels, valve manifolds, skidded equipment, and spray devices.

With a foundation in electrical engineering, industrial automation, and systems integration, Geoff brings a unique blend of executive oversight and technical fluency. He has extensive experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—spanning front‑end planning, detailed design, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and operational handover—while maintaining alignment with regulatory, quality, and business objectives.
Geoff is known for establishing scalable processes, automation standards, and delivery frameworks that balance technical rigor with operational efficiency. He works closely with clients, internal leadership, and external partners to manage risk, control costs, and ensure that technical solutions support long‑term reliability, maintainability, and compliance within regulated GMP environments.

Jennifer is based out of Petersburg Indiana where HBW Solutions partners with the Pike County Economic Development Corporation and local High School, Pike Central.

Karen oversees all of HBW's
financial strategy. She, along with the administrative team, work on financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Karen handles all invoicing, payroll, health insurance and other employee benefits.
She also works directly with project PMs and the Director of Operation to ensure proper financial needs of the project.
