Over the years one thing HBW has done well is to discover experienced engineering talent from other industries.

From a business aspect, this allows you to become experts in other industries, even when you may not have taken on projects as a company in those industries.

So, in the last two years, we have amassed a force of engineers direct from oil and gas, maritime, and power generation. While we have cross trained them into food and pharma, their hearts are still into energy and we want to utilize their skill sets and expand our reach.
